Displacement almost black

Hi,

I’m using texture reprojection along with displacement. The problem is that displacement map comes out super black and with boosting exposure features doesn’t make much sense. Am I doing something wrong?
I know there is not much to displace but the map itself looks very strange

Hello, this is a 32 bit picture and both you and your viewer, even photoshop won’t be able to see what is in the picture due to the bit depth. You can test it out in a rendering software to tell whether it works or not. 

Hi Erik,

I think my low res geo was too dense, so when I reprojected texture and displacement from high res model the distance difference was too small.
I’ve decimated model to like 10k polys and reprojected displacement was kind of OK and working.
