Actually, as far as mobility goes, I did once see a homeless woman in a Starbucks who had actually brought a desktop tower and monitor to do her stuff on. She got a lot of strange looks, but hey, that’s just how she rolled.
So, probably completely impractical and awkward, but, yes, you can hypothetically have a “mobile” desktop. lol.
