Deploy to Nexus 9, I get a red screen

Hi, UE4 team,
I wait for the next release.
In 4.9,we’ll need to compile the source?

btw,in 4.8.3,i can’t compile with “Development” “Android”.
“Android”　menu was not displayed.
in 4.8.2 and 4.9.0(beta?), i couldn’t similarly.
in 4.8.1, i can compiled it.(Of course red screen.)
