The main issue here is the image quality, ALL images are blurry, hard to say if it is because of camera settings (missing that info on images ! ) or some sort of post-processing…

You need to get SHARP images - not so blurry like data here, as blurry images tend to cause misalignments ( small to high degree )…
I have realigned + reconstructed it with a bit different settings and it looks OK now… Take it from my PM
