If you’re asking for a template to base your EULA on, I’ll leave that to the community as I can’t give you legal advice. You might start by looking at EULAs of games you respect and have a sense that they know what they’re doing.
The UE4 EULA does require that your EULA provide certain protections for Epic, and you can find that language in the 2nd link of this page.
I believe Steam lets you use your own EULA if you want.
