Custom controller inputs not working

Gamepad Inputs I add wont work

Hi, When I make a brand new thirdperson project the standard gamepad input that are in the project work fine with my controller, but when I try to add my own/delete the existing ones and re-add the exact same buttons, everything break and nothing works.
