Have you tried the Line Light and Line Regular filters?
There's room for improvement, but it's my go-to for the effect you may be trying to achieve.
For instance - lines should be thinner as they recede from the camera, they're currently all an even 1-2 pixels thick. There's also no anti-aliasing.
I hope Epic makes some improvements to this.
