Worldmachine or L3DT. I use L3DT myself. However the tiled weightmaps are currently broken when importing them but I do believe there is a fix for it in the works. I did have a turtorial on youtube for tiled terrains unsing L3DT but I have deleted the youtube account since I have decide to discontinue any further development of any games.
