Hi,
I bet you have already tried to:

  1. “Verify” the Installation on the Epic Games launcher,
  2. Tried to running them as Adminstrator and
  3. checked if the “DefaultEngine.ini” file is inside the AppData/Local/UnrealEngine/…/Config folder.

This help is for the Epic Games Launcher and their UE-Games, but maybe it can be reproduced on your system… but installing latest BIOS is something I would not recommend to the normal User:
