Double check there’s enough space available on the drive your project is on. Had this very issue if I’m running low of storage for larger projects.
Note adding large assets as blueprint components can also trigger this if your running low on storage. If this is correct, I’ll elevate it to an answer, for now I’ll leave as a comment.
