The specific information we need to get started:

  • Your operating system and hardware specs, best by providing your dxdiag file
  • The exact steps you are taking to get to the problem. For instance are you just running the Launcher, then clicking the “Launch” button, and the crash happens immediately?
  • The crash log, which should be found here: C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.0\Engine\Programs\CrashReportClient\Saved\Logs
