Is it possible to lower CPU priority so that I can continue working on something else while it is working ? Some phases like Texturing Model at moments completely lock computer or make it very unresponsive. I have lowered priority in task manager but it doesn’ make a difference.

go to the TASK MANAGER / DETAILS, click on RC, set AFFINITY and DEselect 1-2+ cores ! 
Best if you do it BEFORE running the actual reconstruction, so do NOT change it while it is already “crunching” data…
