I am not sure what you mean about the privacy policy module for changing the URL, maybe about creating private question to request the change of your product URL?

Our team should be able to assist you with the URL change.
Please note that we cannot remove the hash code (digits) at the end of the slug url.
Edit : Concerning the 404 page not found error, we had an issue with the support pages that have been corrected since you report it, you should now be able to access the support normally from this page as well.
