Could someone work out what verison of UDK i need to download and where to download

My College project uses UDK version 12097 changelist 1999891

Could someone find out where i can download and install version of UDK for home use, i can’t seem to find it

These forums are meant for UE4 only, but I quickly looked it up and version 12097 is the Feb 2014 version, and you can download it from post on the UDK forums:
