Works after 2-3 mins

And this works for me !!!

I had the same problem with 4.11.0 today. None of the solutions above worked for me.
So I created the dxdiag.txt and enabled debug logs for the engine when I just wanted to try launching & closing the old version of the engine (4.10.4).

Funny things is, after doing this, I was able to resume installiation. In case anyone experiences something similar, try this before proceeding if you can.

Hai and Vanakam to everyone…

I had the same problem when i tried to update 4.11…

I got error message(Could not download installation information. Code: 0 . Please try again later)…I followed many solutions from UE4 ANSWERHUB but nothing worked for me…

Then i tried the following solution and then my problem got solved…

1.First I copied 4.11 FOLDER from(D:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games) to my local drive.

2.Then uninstalled 4.11 from Epic Game Laucher.

3.After that I pasted 4.11 FOLDER to(D:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games).

I am using D drive for Epic Games(Many are using C drive)

Then I tried to install Unreal Engine 4.11 through Epic Game Laucher. After taking some time it shows Launch Unreal Engine 4.11.0…

I had the same problem.

I tried everything in this thread and it didn’t work.

To fix the problem, I went into allow an app through the firewall and went to the epic games launcher and ticked private checkbox. The public checkbox was already ticked. I have no idea why this worked.

Enabling debug logs solved my problem

I think that might be what solved the issue for me as well.

Just restart windows explorer using task manager. It works

Wooo … Thanks This worked i was able to resume installation.
Thanks
