From what I saw, if there is any copyright infrigment, the said company contacts you kindly first and explain the situation. So there isn’t like a “ROAR WE SUE YOU NAO” thing going on.
If that was the case, Hasbro would sue tons of people for creating content. They ask you to stop/remove your work first no matter what you do with their “My Lilttle Pony” characters, sue later if you don’t step back.
