May I request tips that I can lookup and learn how to instantiate chain links along a “spline” in an actor blueprint?

The individual spline points are controlled by controls in a “Control Rig” Blueprint?
a. How would you use variables in a Control Rig construction script to hookup the Control Rig “controls” to the spline points in the spline Chain Blueprint?
b. If the chain stretches insert a new chain link.
c. How would the chain links stop flipping when Control Rig is animating the spline in the Chain Blueprint.
This would not be an Event Graph scenario, the Control Rig would be keyframed.
