Can't get 'Gold Granted on Elim' to work

My map is complete except for this one issue right now. I cannot get the ‘Gold Granted on Eliminations’ to work at all. I have it set in a Class Designer device as well as set in the IslandSettings and I’ve tried it where the players are all in a specific class (Class 1) or no class but it doesn’t work either way.
