Well, that’ll certainly be an issue. 
The tool believes there’s a conflict because the file doesn’t even exist in the location that it thinks it does.
I’ll look into this and get back to you. It’s a little strange that you’ve found it to be intermittent though (‘it worked for a few compiles’).
