Finaly I used a Faro tool in Faro’s Scene to project photos on my scans (photomerge to enlarge the target area + control points from photos to “infrared overview”). Then I colorized approximatively each scan (you don’t have to colorize the entire “infrared overview”, 50% or 60% is enough). Then I exported the PTX and imported it with the registration option.
RC merged my “handmade colored scans” with my photos (1 component) then I only used the LiDAR for geometry and photos for texturing. It was really useful because the time to capture the set was not enough to use the LiDAR’s color option…
