I encountered a problem with Motion Matching and changing the Max Walk Speed, e.g. in UE5. When the speed is e.g. 1 m/s, the animation begins to block. It doesn’t slow down in any way, I just keep trying to play the animation at a speed of 2m.
I don’t know if it can be changed somehow, but I’ve already tried Stride Warping Node but it didn’t help either.
Is it possible to somehow reduce the character’s speed so that it moves slower and that the animations match the movement speed?
