What’s your setup of the vehicle? Do you use the unreal version of the car or do you user your custom sub-classes?

Would you consider reporting your findings from this thread in bug reports(s) and/or the Chaos Preview release thread? Hopefully that would increase chances of Epic addressing these issues… the squeaky wheel gets the grease
Today I gave the EA version of UE5 a run. There are a lot of things I have to figure myself out regarding the Chaos vehicle system. Most of the changes are subtle, but nonetheless noticable (with a focus mainly on the c++ implementation). Currently my quite simple skid-mark-system is broken. But changes were expected with a major version change.
The overall performance of the engine itself and the chaos vehicle system is already quite good (still a few crashes during the shader compilation and two bluescreens in my run though…)

Hi, are you per chance able to give out the project file for the UE5 EA one? I want to see if I can add some much needed features (engine sounds, ability to move on moving platforms and turntables properly, etc) and repost them here
