Can we get a system, where we can create folders and categories for our assets ? If you have a big number of assets there is just no way of browsing or sorting them efficiently. I think adding the possibility to create custom folders where you can add assets as you please.
For example you have your library with all assets that you own, but then you can add those assets to collections (folders). So that you can create themed folders or folders for projects within fab.
Additionally I think having a way to sort by publisher in the library would be great to.
For example to only show assets from Quixxel, or only show assets from dekkogan that you own.
6,000%! We need folders and sub-folders in our library to be able to create a hierarchy of objects. I’m not sure if categories would help, because sooner or later, some content creator would drop something in the wrong bucket. If we can arrange our items in to our own folders, though, we can categorize everything just the way we need it!
I note that you’ve moved all of the Quixel stuff in to its own folder, so that’s a start. Unfortunately, the enormous pile of random Quixel items is only part of the problem. For example, I’d rather have ONE folder with all my rocks/stones in it.. not just the QuIxel stones.
At any rate, you’ve implemented folders by creating the Quixel folder, so it should be butt simple to give us a quick link to create our own folders and sub-folders.
