If you go to the Unreal Launcher > Learn > There is a map called " Content Examples. " Download it. Open the map that is labeled " Material_Nodes " In this room it covers Refraction, Specular, Roughness. In this room at the end is an example that deal with refraction that could be close to what you need.
From what I posted above I stated " This is a good place to start. " With this setup and doing research into how PBR materials work with our Deferred Renderer, you can look into ways of making glass look the way you want.
