Maybe you can try a little harder ,is right there at the end.
also, after you install VC 14.38 , go to ‘C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.44.35207’ and delete the folder 14.44.35207 if not, it will keep using that one.
