Can't login to Epic from our build nodes

We’re trying to set up some automated testing against EOS but we cannot get our build nodes hosted in a Hetzner data center to successfully login to Epic with any accounts. We receive an “Incorrect response. Please refresh the page” error after performing the captcha. I have confirmed we are using the correct emails and passwords by signing them in locally on my workstation. One theory is that the data center’s IPs are blocked, but we don’t have any evidence of that, it is just speculation.

Any help appreciated, this is a time sensitive issue.

Hey, can you confirm that the Firewall is allowing all the traffic for the addresses listed here: https://dev.epicgames.com/docs/epic-online-services/eos-get-started/firewall-considerations (excluding the docs and support websites)? If the firewall is allowing this traffic, I’d recommend reaching out to use privately via EOSHelp (or UDN) and sharing some of the IPs. We can ask our team to see if those IPs are on a block list on our end.

As best I can tell yes, it should be letting traffic to all those addresses through. After some adjustment I was at least able to login via the Epic website (which I couldn’t do before), but still get the incorrect response result when trying to go through the Dev Auth Tool. I would have assumed it would be going through the same mechanisms as are hit going through a web browser, but maybe not?

I don’t seem to have access to EOSHelp. If I could get access that’d be great, but if not I’ll reach out privately on here so we can confirm the IPs haven’t been blocked.
