Sorry to hear that you have hit an issue. To diagnose the problem we’ll need your installer log. You can do the following to generate one:

Place the msi on the root of C drive

WindowsKey+R and enter:

Enter the following line and replace EpicGamesLauncher.msi with your actual saved msi file name
msiexec /i C:\EpicGamesLauncher.msi /L*V C:\EpicGamesLauncher.txt

Then run the installer until you hit the error. Dismiss the error and close out of the installer.
Once you have the log generated, it up and attach it to the thread and we should be able to provide info on how to get past the issue.
