Still got white page as well. address i got from ping was also 54.230.89.244 . But when i pinged it I had to get rid of http:// part and because with that added it told me Ping request could not find host http://download.epicgames.com. Please check the
name and try again.

Right click Get Unreal Engine Download button. Hit open link in new tab. Worked for me. if that doesnt work try re logging in and out over and over till download button works.

I cant seem to download it from website/ and if I have launcher from before it gets stuck at please wait… I tried all solutions in website and also turned off my firewall…Its still a no go… was working fine like 2 weeks ago
