The folders you can delete before archiving are “Intermediate”, “Binaries” and “Saved” (be careful with the last one because you will lose folder colors, content browser favorites and collections not synced with source control, et cetera. Sometimes renders and screenshots are saved there too)
Another option you can use to backup your project is to package it as .zip from the editor (only the essential folders will be put inside the .zip)
