Honestly they should have such “checkpoint” save, a.k.a. auto-save that actually works like an autosave. Maybe I am naive in how Engine saving works, since in Photoshop there’s an autosave feature that in case something crashes or goes wrong with PC, it literally can start from that auto-save. I just don’t know why it can’t be here in engine, I mean, it says time to time “saving content”, since I have set up auto saving thing where each 5 minutes it saves, no idea what it saves, but it saves something.
I have had crash before related to GPU or something, since that’s what error was mentioning, no idea what or why after building a scene, but that was in past, can’t remember specifics, but basically textures/material of placed objects like rocks, table, etc., except for grass and trees, were gone, just the object itself was left, had to give them those object materials back again, or place the object from a new.
