Looking over your DxDiag you have a Intel HD 3000 standard VGA adapter installed, unfortunately UE4 either barely works or will not work at all with this video processor, it is physically attached to the CPU. Also your system shows to only have 2gb of ram, which will not be enough to run the engine…
