I had an hour long excersize in futility trying to import hair from blender 3.6 until I found the issue. Alongside all the export options, you need to uncheck Show Emitter in both Viewport Display and Render tabs in Particles tab. Such an annoying little thing.

Да друзья это сработало ,как же я мучалась долго. Нужно просто отключить ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ОБЕ галки Show Emitter при экспорте и для рендера и для вьюпорта и все импортируется корректно. Спасибо !
私もこの問題がありましたが、解決しました。方法は次のとおりです。
(1) blender と UE5 を最新バージョンにする。
(2) 検索した動画の出力設定で準備します。好みの設定でエクスポートの準備をします。
(3) (2)のファイル名と保存先のファイル名は英語のみにしてください。私は保存先のファイルにデスクトップで選択しました。
(4) 上記の方法でエクスポートし、UE5 でインポートします。
I also had this problem, but it was solved. Here’s how:
(1) Make blender and UE5 the latest versions.
(2) Prepare with the output settings of the searched video. Prepare for export with your preferred settings.
(3) The file name in (2) and the file name of the save destination should be in English only. I selected the destination file on the desktop.
(4) Export using the above method and import it in UE5.
