Can mid-end laptop running UE4 well?

Latest is greatest, eh? No worries… Its a tricky time to be *up-to-date *though. As its still unclear what specs are really needed for UE5. Plus a year of work is scheduled. So if you’re only starting UE now, 4.18 is enough to learn on. Particularly because Epic haven’t done a stable pass on the engine in years (performance issues / frustration with 4.19-4.26). That’s what 4.27 is about hopefully. BTW: I burned through two Asus laptops using UE. So I hope you have better luck.

How did you burn those rigs? Mine survived even without cooling pads. Btw, it’s because it’s winter and the temp. is always lower than 20 degree C. I don’t know if mine can make it through the summer.
