When we asked this question for the actual developer at epic games, they said :" the only limit for blueprint is your imagination" , if u not good in programming, just jump to blueprint, its more artistic friendly, but I advice you to at least learn some basic of Object Oriented Programming , bec. all of us faced the same issue when they started to learn game development very long time ago.
And no shame trying to ask even if u are bad in english, someone may still able to understand and help u out. just dont lose hope or discourage for any rude or unpleasant reply to may get when you trying to learn.
