Can i monetize animated videos in youtube created by unreal engine with enterprise license?

I believe you are referring to the Unreal Studio EULA. Under the Unreal Studio EULA you are permitted to monetize videos created in Unreal Engine that are rendered out to a video file, including as uploaded to YouTube.
