Can I install UE 5.1 after I installed 5.3 and run either version?

Thank you that worked! Now if I could get the datasmith for twinmotion to showup in the importer list. It shows it installed and both the datasmith and content pack is enabled and it does not show up in UE 5.1.1. UE 5.1.1. was the one available and now I am wonder if I need to go to a lower 5.0 version for datasmith for twinmotion to show up in the import list?
