Can i hang from a cable

Can i hang from a cable (as in, like spiderman) and if yes, can you guys show me how to do it

I was able to do all 3 but wthe 2nd and 3rd wasnt what i was looking for as it just pulls me in but the 3rd one shows that he can swing in the video but when i did it and attached to a point i would just get launched to infinity
any ideas?
