The marketplace guidelines list out various reasons where a refund will be allowed, the product not working in an unsupported version isn’t one of the reasons. However, the guidelines have a catch all phrase, “Epic determines in its sole discretion that a refund is warranted given the circumstances.”
So you probably wouldn’t be able to get a refund, but wouldn’t know for sure until after you submit the refund request form.
