C++ changes in Plugin are not applied

Hi everyone,
I use UE 5.3.2 on Linux machine (Ubuntu 20.04) for plugin development.
If the C++ code is changed in the plugin, the code modifications are not applied by running game ( Play level Alt+P). The only way is working by me so far to reopen UE5 IDE. But it takes long, ~3 Min.
Any suggestions, how to get it more graceful?
