C++ Array?

Try something like this:

void UMyBlueprintFunctionLibrary::GetElemFromMyArray(int index, TArray<int>& array)
{
	array.Empty();
	for (int k = 0; k < 16; k++) {
		array.Add(MyArray[index][k]);
	}
}

This function in variable array returns specified subarray in Blueprint. Next on it you use regular GET.
