They are not seamless tileable, have repeating patterns (some even repeating themself, like a cheap “upscale”), and most of all dont follow the PBR pipeline even the unreal marketplace has as minimum requirement (so there are no texture sets for normal, roughness and so on). Sorry, but right now they are not really usable for game-dev. please increase the quality and not the quantity.
