I’m having this issue: UE4 Mac Bug - Album on Imgur on UE4 4.23 on a MacBook Pro 15" MacOS 10.14.6 (18G95) (Mojave) and that happens on every dropdown menu in editor.
It only happens on Mac monitor (unplugged from an external monitor).
