I have a couple of questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.
Quick questions:
- Have you tried restoring any lost assets via the automatic back up files that are created? (Default path: “C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Unreal Projects\YourProjectName\Saved\Backup” )
- Could you make sure that you are not in an empty folder? (See attached image for reference)
