This is my first time using Bridge. Unfortunately, Iâm using 3ds max 2025 and i have found everywhere on the internet how to make this works on 3ds max 2025 until i found your comment. Thank you so much!

to simplify the first 3 points:
â 2. Install the Last Bridge and the latest Plugin like usual.
â 1. download and replace the 5.5 folder by the 5.1 in your link
â continue from 4. to the end, and dontât forget anything

Why is the startup link not working? I relinked but it didnât work. I have to install it manually every time. What else can I do?

Thank you very much for your answer. I have two versions of max on my computer, one is 2024. Of course, I have solved it and can use it. Similarly, I can use your script on max2025. In fact, you can put the script in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2025\scripts\Startup. In this way, it will not be reset countless times. Put the script in the folder you pointed out.

I can see many people have succeeded, so I must be doing something wrong. I keep coming back and re-reading the text to see if Iâve missed something but I canât see what Iâve missed.
I have Bridge saying itâs successfully exported to Max, but the 3D model does not appear inside max. Also my quixel.ms file inside my script/startup folder does not appear under customise/toolbars
This is what I have inside the quixle.ms
python.ExecuteFile @âL:\03D\07-Commerical Libraries\21-Megascans\support\plugins\max\5.1\MSLiveLink\MS_API.pyâ
my modified MS_API is 5.1 and not 5.1v2âŚshould I just rename it 5.1v2 is this the issue?

It works like charm inside 3ds max 2024.
But if anyone encounter any trouble i recommend get REVO uninstaller free version.
Complete remove all bridge megascans include âleftoversâ. Let the Revo app do its work.
Then install Bridge on default.
Close all 3ds max and Quixel.
Follow the MaxBridge Assistance
