I’ve gott really good models with Capturing Reality but I can’t get a full human model. The biggest problem is with borders. I know, I must take more pictures and the quality will be better. But I don’t understand why I have borders.

Your problem is most probably caused by the incorrect alignment of the images. If there is a missing coverage of photos (something like gap between camera angles), then this area can be shifted during alignment. I would suggest you to use RC inspection tool to see the connections among cameras. You can find it in the ALIGNMENT – Analyze – Inspect. If there is a few or almost none connections among images in that part (connections are displayed as lines between cameras), then I would recommend you to add more images that covers these areas.
It never seems to be said, and I only found out indirectly, the very important info that in Inspect, blue lines indicate good (many) connections between cameras, red poor (few) connections, and the other colours in between. This should be spelled out in Help.

The edge color is blue-to-red (Jet color scale) indicating how strong an edge is - actually more features, more red.
You can find it in the Help section - Inspectiol Tool.
Sorry Zuzana - you’re right about Help - but there is contradiction.

I want to add that a line is nor guarantee for a flawless alignment though.
The TO indicated another source for the problem, which is the difference in distance. I suspect the jumps were to big for RC to match the cloe and far ones properly.
Also, does the TO (I refuse to adress people with numbers 
use a rig to capture the person or a single camera? Because if the latter is true, it will never be perfect.
Curious - what does TO stand for? To me he/she is OP (Original Post).
Daniel). Thank you for the answers. The lines are blue, but I used a single camera. Can CR align photos when the camera is fixed (lazy susan turntable)?
If you used only one camera, the results cannot be perfect due to small movement that is inevitable. It also seems to me that you took almost too many fotos in one line - this can be counterproductive. About turntables, there are already many helpful thread here in the forum. RC is no different than other programs - it just doesn’t have an internal masking tool.

At least we lived all the high hopes of what the interenet, www etc might have been, but got captured and subverted (so far).
