Normally, the Twinmotion Cloud reduces the quality of certain resource intensive projects to ensure the project can run with reasonable performance, but since your file is small, I think this may be a bug.
Please submit a bug report using this form and share a copy of your Twinmotion file that you uploaded the Presentation from, as well as a link to the Presentation on the Cloud for our support tram to investigate. When sharing your Twinmotion file, please be sure to use the Resource Collector in the Edit menu of Twinmotion to package your file and texture data.
