Bonjour je viens d'installer Twinmotion 2022, ma carte graphique est compatible directx12 et la ram suffisante pourtant je ne peux pas utiliser le path tracer.

Hi there,

i have exactly the same issue but don’t think coming from material.

i explain (with TW 2023.1), I had an Alienware laptop with an RTX2070 super (path tracing working).

i just change for a new laptop, Aero 16 oled with gpu rtx 4070+internal iris one. I check and direct x 12 is installed but I encounter the same issue as @Emmanuelle Gobert​ . Please help if possible. Thanks in advance.
