Got a good one here Animation Preview window crashes the Computer if I try to browse a series of animations. High, when I preview RifleAminsetPro animations in the animation preview window one by one closing each preview window and opening a new one - browsing randomly- when I get to about the ninth or seventh video the computer crashes and turns off. My guess is because I ran out off memory ( core i5 8GB GTX680), however the animations are very lightweight and shouldn’t eat up 8Gigs.
Hi ThomasN -
Thank you for your report. We have assigned this issue to a member of our support staff, and they will begin investigation as soon as possible.
As you have said that this issue is not crashing the editor, can you please open Windows Event Viewer and look for the Critical and Errors that occurred around the time that your CPU crashed. You can save out the logs from the Event Viewer as a evtx file and zip it up and attach it here or copy and save them out as a txt file and directly attach here.
Please be sure to review our suggestions for how to report a bug, and feel free to add to your post if you have additional information to provide with the Event Viewer Log Files:

Hey ThomasN,
So I took at look at your Event Viewer log that you provided, and although we can see the ‘Critical’ text we also need the actual ‘Error’ text associated with the application that caused the crash.
The ‘Error’ events are directly beneath your ‘Critical’ events section. Simply expand this event type, double-click on one of the applications and look for the timestamp that is roughly 5 mins around the ‘Critical’ timestamp events that you sent me.
Please send us those ‘Error’ events so we can confirm the application that is triggering your computer to experience these critical errors. I will say, even though the Animations are light, depending on how quickly you are opening and closing the windows, the preview
Thank you,
nothing here only a warning from bluetooth
Hey ThomasN,
So we are getting closer to narrowing down the cause of the issue, and looking at the timestamps within the original log text you provided, they seem to be directly related to the event ‘BugCheck’. It also states this event within the log as the event ID. Would you mind providing me with these event logs as .txt files as you did before with the others?
Also, are you modifying any anti-virus permissions or internet protocols to allow or deny access to certain applications?
Thank you,
not sure what logs you mean and I run avg stock mostly and just ad blocker on firefox nothing fancy
The Event that says BugCheck and the logs associated are what I am referring.

Hey ThomasN,
So I found a little bit of information in your text log you provided which can continue to help us find the cause of the issue. There are lines that state, “A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 072015-59250-01.”
If you can locate this .dmp file and provide us with that as well, we can continue to investigate. With that said, I also did a search with from event qualifiers in the log and found another user who was getting a similar issue on his computer within Windows.
BSOD Reboot Daily
It appears to be unrelated to the engine and more related to your AVG software. Hopefully the suggestion there can resolve your issue.
Cheers,
