Let me start by thanking you for helping me troubleshoot my problem!
This is not a project specific problem though. This happens to all projects, including fresh empty ones.
I tried your steps.
Engine version is 5.1.1, I did a fresh install twice.
I don’t use any custom setting, or added plugins. Just what the engine has enabled by default. (Trying to disable those, causes my engine to crash)
Tried clearing the cache and rebuilding. Nothing happened.
Graphics drivers are up to date.
And I reset my editor preferences to default.
Nothing worked.
