That is a lot of moving parts. So there is probably not a one size fits all product (at least not one that I am aware of) but, there may be products that do some of those things individually.
Because of the very specific nature of what you want to do, I would highly suggest following some guides to solve the individual gameplay functions you are after that way you can expand on it in case the product you find does not meet all your needs or if you want to forgo having to buy a product and build the entire thing from scratch.
